“Fusion food as a concept is kind of trying to quite consciously fuse things that are sometimes quite contradictory, sometimes quite far apart, to see if they’d work.”
Yotam Ottolenghi

Applied to this place the fusion works, you bet! Sanuk means fun in Thai and I think they nailed it! This small restaurant is definitely a gourmet trip across Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, Philippines, with stops at Singapore and Hong Kong. As you well know I’m cuban (if not go to the “about me” section, thanks). You just can try to imagine what a place like this is for a cuban.
A dear friend suggest us this venue, and what a surprise! A well designed location, minimal, warn. They have integrated oriental touches without being kitsch and the lights are designed to create intimacy without getting into the “boudoir look”. Elegant and discreet at the same time.
Lets go to the point: The food is excellent !!! The menu have being studied in every single detail to make flavors blend marvelously, the staff really love their work. Enjoy an Asia Pacific Chowder (is an spiced Thai soup with shrimps, coconut milk), take an Eby Fry Salad and a Kakuni Bao (find out what it is), splash the whole dinner with Italian wines, chosen with great care, and if you wanna close your experience in style order a green tea crème brûlée and bamboo liqueur.
Cheers and besitos.
Note: if you are vegetarian you will find a wide selection of veggies delicacies.

I have been surfing on-line more than three hours these
days, but I never discovered any interesting article like
yours. It is beauhtiful value sufficient for me.

In my view, if all website owners and bloggers made excellent content material as you
probably did, the web will be much more helpful than ever before.
